Damascus Knife Blanks

Rob Charlton of Damascus USA has been making knives of 500+ layer Damascus steel for over thirty years. We are now carrying some of the different models of knife blanks that he makes for makers who don't have the chance to forge the steel themselves.

I am finishing two knives from the V79M blank that is pictured above.

  1. Damascus knife blanks are made of Damascus steel. It is shaped and polished into a blade, closely resemble Damascus steel. This method is the most common one for making Japanese katana, which are renowned for their strength. Thanks.
